HOW WE GOT STARTED

Toby Baptiste is the owner of Impact International Ministries. He read this book and was inspired to rise up and reach into his community. He wanted an organization that empowers others to do the same. 

Impact started in 2008 and in 2011, Toby met his, now, wife Kyleen and they both shared a vision for empowering and lifting others up. With a hand-in instead of a hand-out. Kyleen has a huge heart for building emotionally, healthy families and has a background in the focus of 20+ years.

Together, they decided to center Impact around partnering with helping people find ways to identify and implement a way to make an impact in their communities, groups for team building programs, coming alongside leaders to revamp business organization and development. The ultimate goal: to leave people and their communities better than we found them.
